This Policy explains how personal data is processed and protected on the leverops.io website (the “Site”), including the use of cookies and web analytics.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the owner of the Site (the “Operator”). For any request regarding the processing of personal data, contact: info@leverops.ru.
2. What data is processed
The Site has no registration or contact-capture forms. When you visit, anonymized data is processed automatically via the Yandex.Metrica web-analytics service:
- cookie files;
- IP address;
- browser, device, operating system and screen-resolution data;
- referral source, pages visited, on-site actions;
- date and time of the visit.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed solely to analyze traffic and improve the Site. The Operator does not use this data to identify individuals and does not share it with third parties except as stated in §5.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, expressed by continuing to use the Site after being notified of cookie usage, and — for visitors in the EU/EEA — on the legitimate interest of measuring and improving the Site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)/(f)).
5. Third parties
Anonymized statistics are collected and processed by Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC). Yandex's terms are described in the Yandex Privacy Policy and the Yandex.Metrica Terms of Use.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser, used here for analytics to work correctly. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some Site features may then not work properly.
7. Retention
Anonymized statistical data is retained for the period defined by the Yandex.Metrica service. Once the purpose is achieved, data is anonymized or deleted.
8. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for its rectification, restriction or erasure, and withdraw consent by writing to info@leverops.ru.
9. Changes
The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at leverops.io/privacy.html.
